Magnus months 14-16

Annnnnnd the months really got away from me!  Here's a quick look back at Magnus months 14-16...

14 months- Magnus started liking a bottle more and started liking a sippy cup too.  He still isn't sleeping through the night but is starting to make lots more noises and sounds.  His feet are so fat we can only buy him wide shoes!  He loves playing outside! Magnus has a ticklish belly and the best laugh.
15 months- Check up time!  28.7 lbs and 33 inches HUGE and 98% for both.  He still has no words except his constant  "Dat" which he says for everything!  His pediatrician said Sylvie is probably doing all the talking for him (true).  He literally walks around all day pointing at things and saying "dat".  We are just dying to know what's in that little head!
16 months- Finally the big guy slept through the night for multiple nights in a row!  Wahooooo!!!!  Still can't believe it took 16 months!  He has tons of teeth, is enjoying all different types of food, and is still telling us "dat" all the time. He knows most of his body parts and can point them out when you ask. He started grabbing us by the hand and leads us all over the place to what he wants.  His other fav thing to do is grab his shoes and bring them to us to put on him, then once on he goes to stand by the door and point to go play outside. He's starting to totally become a little boy and gets into EVERYTHING!

Cuttin' down a tree

Our annual trip to the Christmas Tree farm with the Dean's was somewhat of a success.  It was FREEZING, none of the kids would wear their gloves, we had a heck of a time finding trees that weren't completely misshapen, the Dean's tree landed on Nate, and at least one hot cocoa was spilled inside the barn….buuuuuttttt both families went home with a tree so I'd say it was a win!  Already counting down till next year!
Our finished product!  Sylvie and Magnus spent the evening decorating and redecorating this gigantic beast of a tree.  We decided to leave it the way they hung the ornaments.  Many are stacked on top of each other or way too low but it's just perfect.
