Spring Nights

Can I get a Hallelujah for warm spring nights!!!  We've been loving hanging out in our front yard blowing crazy amounts of bubbles and soaking in the sunshine in the evening!  I feel like my whole world changed along with the clocks!  Nothing beats the sun staying out till past 7!!

Elsa has become part of the family.  Love my 3 children!

Since before Magnus was born all Sylvie has talked about is how she can't wait to "help him walk".  As soon as he could even somewhat stand she has been pulling him up and walking him around EVERYWHERE!  While it terrifies me, he actually seems to love it (most of the time).  They were doing laps around the yard on this particular night and I had to document how cute it is!  The whole process, from her pulling him up, to them walking, to the occasional fall cracks me up!

Eggs for days

Easter Sunday was as whirlwind of fun!  Magnus and Sylvie woke up to filled Easter baskets in Windsor, then it was straight to the egg hunt!  The Windsor Easter bunny (aka Nancy) fills the eggs with money or lottery tickets and allows all the  "kids" to hunt!  Sylvie and Magnus were clearly at a disadvantage against Franci, Steve, Mommy, Daddy, and Jakob :)  Cole took Magnus around who absolutely loved picking up the eggs and shaking them.  He got so excited every time!  Sylvie had geared up for the hunt by throwing on her new helmet and then proceeded to run around the yard yelling "come on guys"!
After the hunt we all got ready for church and enjoyed a service at the Windsor First Baptist Church.  Sylvie loved playing with the other kids int he nursery while Magnus luckily slept through most of it.
A yummy prime rib dinner followed church then we were off to Independence to spend some time with my side of the family at Other Mimi and Boppy's house.  Of course the Easter bunny had also been there and the 3rd hunt of the weekend took place along with a little celebration of Other Mimi's upcoming birthday.  If Jay's shorts look a little short…they are!  He had a bit of an accident and had to borrow some of Sylvie's shorts we had with us.  Paired with his boots, his outfit was definitely the highlight of my Easter!
It was an exhausting day but I wouldn't have changed a thing!  We're so lucky to get to spend so much time with both of our families and our kidos are such troopers and really did enjoy all the activities!
