Doing a little blog catch up again :)
This year for New Year's Eve we traveled to Seneca, MO to spend a couple of days with our good friends Skylar, Megan and Will! We miss these guys so much and had an absolute blast getting to hang out like old times. They have an incredible house with tons of land! Some highlights from the trip….
Skylar had a hay ride set up for the kids (it was too cold for baby Mag). They loved the adventure complete with sitting on hay and seeing lots of cows!
Sylvie literally thinks Will's name is Baby Will. She followed him around everywhere and was obsessed with playing with him!
Sylvie is still terrified of the Wallace dogs.
Chef Skylar cooked an amazing NYE Mexican Fiesta! So good! Meg helped out and made some yummy homemade guacamole, and Cole and I pitched in on the eating :)
Party hats were worn by all, minus Will who hated his!
We you tubed an old countdown and celebrated the New Year early with Champagne and sparkling grape juice for the kids. They thought the whole countdown then cheer and yell thing was pretty funny.
Adult games involving a ping pong ball and Harry Potter trivia took place once the little ones were asleep.
Can't wait to go back!!
